Job Summary
Sthree Engineers is looking for a Site Engineer (Civil) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage and supervise on-site construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute construction work as per drawings and project plans
- Monitor labour, materials, and daily site progress
- Ensure quality standards and site safety compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
- Prepare daily site reports and track material usage
Qualifications
- BE Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in site engineering (required)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
Skills Required
- Site supervision and execution
- Material and labour management
- Ability to read and understand structural drawings
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes
Additional Information
- Candidates must be willing to travel to project sites
- Two-wheeler preferred for site travel (fuel allowance will be provided)

Salary
