- Lead and supervise Telesales team
- Handle enquiries and convert leads into registrations and then Admissions
- Conduct counselling sessions
- Set and track team targets, provide training and support.
- Maintain accurate counselling records and reports.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with CRM tools and education industry trends
- Experience - 3+ years of academic counselling, including 1+ year in a team lead role.
- work timing- 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM [Monday to Saturday]
