Job Description:-
· Visit the customers for attending to technical jobs viz., assessments, fault finding, repairs, periodic servicing, refurbishing etc.
· Always ensure customer satisfaction by fast response and quick & efficient service long-term relationships.
· Audit of equipment at site, operations and maintenance practices of contractor
· Stock taking of parts at site.
· Repair, reuse or salvage the spare parts, understand recurring problems of the products, judicious replacement of FOC spares at customer's site and sending back items under warranty to HO for proper accounting and documentation.
· Provide training to contractor personnel on operations and maintenance aspects with special focus on safety of the equipment& people.
· Monthly Asset Verification.
· Vendor Repair work Validation
· Monitoring PM and BM Adherence.
· Monitoring MTTR & MTBF
· Collection of Customer surveys, feedback & testimonials.
· To ensure safe working practices followed and eco-friendly environment at workplace.
· Establishment of SOPs
· Inventory Management
· Collection of damages due to non-fair working
· Monitoring RSO
· Generate the need and further requirement of customer..
· Analyze Quality issues & Develop Quality improvement roadmap.
· 100% skill mapping for depot workforce
· Analyze material consumption for depot.
· Mapping contract performance.
· Managing Cannibalization for Pan India contract.
· Relationship management with customers
· Managing Local spares procurement & managing vendor
· Cost Management

Relevant work experience in maintenance of battery operated material handling equipment
