Job Title: Education Counsellor (Computer Classes)
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable computer courses. The role involves counselling, lead conversion, and maintaining strong relationships with students to support their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students (walk-ins, calls, online inquiries) about available computer courses (e.g., basic computer skills, programming, Animation ,Data Science ,Autocad, Tally, graphic design, etc.)
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database
- Provide detailed information on course structure, fees, and career opportunities
- Coordinate with trainers and administrative staff for smooth onboarding
- Conduct seminars, workshops, or career guidance sessions if required
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (preferably with basic computer knowledge)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of computer courses and career paths in IT
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle multiple students and inquiries efficiently
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, or sales
- Experience in training institutes or computer education centers is a plus

Salary Range (Indicative)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
