Position: Facility Engineer – Civil
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Location: Infopark, Kochi
Salary: ₹38,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Facility management: Handle civil engineering aspects of facility operations, including maintenance and repairs.
- Project execution: Manage civil projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Site supervision: Monitor construction and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and standards.
- Vendor coordination: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for smooth project execution.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facility and project management.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, maintenance, and project handling.
Skills Required

- Communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
