- Make calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about insurance products and services.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance plans
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients through calls or emails.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update call details regularly.
- Handle customer queries, explain policy terms, and assist in the documentation process.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
