About the Role
We're Westlane Media — and we're done pretending content creation is just "posting a reel and hoping." We're looking for a Content Creator Intern who lives on Instagram, thinks in hooks, and can turn a boring brief into something people actually stop scrolling for.
If you know a trending audio before your friends do, and you've got opinions about what makes a reel work — this one's for you.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Creating scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Facebook, and beyond
- Shooting and editing reels, short videos, and promo content
- Writing captions and hooks that don't sound like every other caption on the internet
- Staying ahead of trends — not catching up to them
- Working closely with our marketing and design team to bring ideas to life
- Helping plan content calendars and campaigns
- Basic photo/video editing for social creatives
What We're Looking For
- Genuine love for social media and content — not just "I use Instagram a lot"
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva — whatever's your weapon of choice)
- A real feel for reels and what makes content trend
- Sharp communication and creative instincts
- Comfort working fast, because good ideas don't wait
- Freshers and students — yes, please apply
Bonus Points If You Have
- Canva or Adobe skills
- Some grounding in digital marketing
- A portfolio, personal page, or brand you've grown yourself
