Job Title: Social Media Handler
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and responsible Social Media Handler to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily posts, increasing audience engagement, and maintaining the brand image of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish daily posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Develop creative content ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries and respond professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect updates, achievements, events, and student activities for content creation.
- Capture photos and videos during classes, events, workshops, and performances.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Ensure all content aligns with the organization's branding and communication guidelines.
- Support marketing campaigns, admissions promotions, and special events through digital platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools is preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Prior experience in social media management is preferred but not mandatory.
