Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell cement and building materials in Jamshedpur and nearby areas. The role primarily involves field sales, dealer and contractor engagement, business development, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, market research, and networking
- Promote and sell company products to dealers, contractors, and retail customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales reports and follow-up records
- Provide after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1–5 years in Sales & Marketing (Freshers with strong sales motivation may also apply)
- Education: Graduation in any discipline
- Age: 20–45 years
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of construction materials or the cement industry preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
