We are looking for a hands-on MEP Engineer who can manage design coordination and on-site execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for residential projects.
This role requires someone who understands drawings + site realities, and can ensure smooth integration of MEP services within the overall project.
- Design and review MEP systems for residential and commercial buildings
- Prepare detailed layouts, schematics, and system drawings using CAD tools
- Perform basic calculations and system sizing
- Work closely with architects, structural consultants, and site teams
- Ensure proper integration of MEP systems into overall building design
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth execution
- Supervise installation of MEP systems at site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure all systems meet safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Review designs and installations for efficiency and performance
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues related to MEP systems
- Support during testing, commissioning, and handover stages
- Prepare reports, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation
- Maintain proper records of drawings, changes, and site updates
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 3–10 years of experience in MEP design and/or execution
- Experience in residential real estate projects preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Practical site execution knowledge
