Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hub or warehouse management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and developing a diverse team.
-Coordinate with various departments, such as warehouse, transportation, and customer service, to ensure seamless hub operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics industry.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
Pay: ₹30,142.39 - ₹35,500.94 per month
