Sangni Rituals is a premium Ayurvedic skincare, haircare, and body care brand that blends timeless Indian rituals with modern formulation science. We are building a luxury D2C brand with a strong presence across e-commerce, retail, wellness, gifting, and distribution.
As one of our early team members, you’ll work directly with the founders and play a key role in building the company from the ground up.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly energetic, organised, and execution-focused Operations & Growth Executive who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
This is not just a desk job. You will coordinate with manufacturers, packaging vendors, designers, influencers, retailers, distributors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure every project moves forward smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Coordinate with third-party manufacturers and packaging vendors
- Manage inventory, production schedules, and dispatches
- Track orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain operational reports and documentation
Sales & Business Development
- Connect with retailers, salons, spas, distributors, and corporate clients
- Schedule meetings and conduct follow-ups
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
- Assist during exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional events
Marketing & Brand Coordination
- Coordinate social media content and influencer collaborations
- Work with photographers, designers, and content creators
- Update website and product listings
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns
Founder Support
- Follow up with vendors and partners
- Coordinate multiple ongoing projects
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Ensure deadlines are met across departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing, sales, or startup environments
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Canva, Shopify, or social media platforms is an advantage
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and vendor coordination
