Experience: 6 – 10+ years
Strong experience in team handling, business development, key account management, and sales strategy within
industrial machinery or plastics-related industries preferrece
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in the plastics manufacturing sector.
Conduct field sales visits to plastic processing units, mold manufacturers, and related industries.
Promote and sell plastic injection molding machines and related solutions.
Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable machine configurations.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for order execution and support.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to market expansion.
Industry Preference
Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:
Plastic Auxiliary Equipment
Mold Manufacturing Industry
Plastic Raw Material / Polymer Industry
Plastic Processing Machinery
Experience in Plastic Injection Molding Machines will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in:
Plastic Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Or other relevant technical fields
Required Skills
Field sales experience in industrial products.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic technical understanding of machinery or industrial equipment.
Self-motivated with strong customer relationship skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
