We are Laksmi Ceramics we need both Showroom Sales Executive and Marketing Executive in Trichy
Role: Showroom Sales Executive
· To assist walk-in customers, using active listening to understand their needs.
· To explain product features and benefits (e.g., design, quality, and pricing) effectively to customers.
· To Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue and growth of the showroom.
· To prepare quotations, process transactions accurately using in-store technology.
· To manage customer queries and after-sales support.
· Willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed by store operations.
Skills & Qualifications
· Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage and assist customers effectively.
· Basic knowledge of products and the ability to explain features clearly.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales successfully.
· Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
· Basic computer skills for Quotation preparing, record-keeping, and follow-ups.
· Previous experience in showroom or retail sales preferred.
· UG Degree / Diploma in Civil preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,001.00 per month
Work Location: In person
