Role Summary
The Visualizer is responsible for executing high-quality visual designs across digital and print platforms, translating creative briefs into compelling visual outputs aligned with brand objectives.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Create design assets for digital and print (social media, websites, brochures, OOH, packaging)
- Interpret briefs into creative visual concepts
- Collaborate with copywriters and creative team
- Ensure consistency in branding and design quality
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms
- Optimize assets for web and digital use
- Stay updated on design trends and tools
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Quality and creativity of design output
- Turnaround time and adherence to deadlines
- Accuracy in following briefs
- Client/internal stakeholder feedback
- Consistency in brand execution.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience in both print and digital design
- Good communication skills in English
Preferred skills
- Basic knowledge of motion design tools
- Exposure to UI/UX design
- Familiarity with asset optimization for digital platforms
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
