- Contact existing and potential customers through calls.
- Promote and explain company products and offers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Maintain customer database and call records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide product information.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
