Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Head to lead and manage the complete payroll function . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely salary processing, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliation, reporting, and managing payroll operations across clients/employees while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Core responsibilities for Payroll Head roles typically include end-to-end payroll ownership, statutory compliance, reporting, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees and clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Handle payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, incentives, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor laws.
- Prepare payroll MIS reports and monthly payroll reconciliations.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll data validation.
- Manage payroll audits and statutory documentation.
- Resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies.
- Monitor payroll policies and implement process improvements.
- Lead and manage payroll team performance and workflow.
- Maintain payroll confidentiality and data security.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field.
- MBA/PG qualification preferred.
- 7–12+ years of payroll experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll and labor laws.
- Experience with payroll software, HRMS, and Excel.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
