We are hiring a confident and professional Telecalling Executive for our study abroad consultancy team.
The role involves handling student inquiries related to overseas education opportunities in European countries such as Germany, Latvia, and Bulgaria. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective students, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the counselling team for further admission processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to study abroad programs
- Speak with students and parents professionally
- Understand student profiles and identify genuine leads
- Qualify and filter leads before assigning to counsellors
- Maintain proper follow-up and CRM records
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team
- Build positive relationships with students through professional communication
Eligibility Criteria
- Fluent in English and Malayalam (mandatory)
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or education consultancy preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge required
