Role Overview
The EUC Windows L2 Engineer will provide Tier-2 technical support, administration, and engineering for enterprise Windows endpoint environments. This role focuses on modern endpoint management via Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM, automation through PowerShell, endpoint security compliance, and advanced troubleshooting of OS, hardware, M365, and network peripherals.
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Management (SCCM/MECM & Intune):
Create, test, and deploy software packages, applications, and task sequences using SCCM/MECM.
Manage Intune device enrollment (Autopilot, hybrid Azure AD join, co-management).
Configure and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and conditional access rules.
Monitor and remediate patch compliance, OS upgrades, and feature updates.
Identity, Access & Automation:
Administer Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), user/computer objects, and security groups.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation, bulk data updates, configuration deployments, and endpoint troubleshooting.
Endpoint Security & Compliance:
Manage and monitor endpoint security clients (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, Antivirus/EDR solutions).
Remediate endpoint vulnerabilities, security baseline non-compliance, and malware incidents.
Office 365 & Application Support:
Resolve complex issues related to Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint client sync).
Diagnose and remediate L2-level OS crashes (BSOD), driver conflicts, registry corruptions, and performance bottlenecks.
Peripheral & Printer Management:
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network print queues, print servers, and local multi-function printers (MFPs).
Resolve driver-level conflicts, spooler crashes, and secure print/badge release issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3–5+ years in EUC/Desktop Engineering, Windows systems administration, or Tier-2 IT support in an enterprise environment.
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) packaging and distribution.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, Compliance Policies).
Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Windows administration.
Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Entra ID.
In-depth troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 OS, M365 suite, and print management subsystems.
Working knowledge of enterprise endpoint security tools (Defender, BitLocker, EDR).
Process & Communication:
Experience working within ITIL frameworks (Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management) using ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
