Manager – Operational Efficiency & Digital Enablement

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Operational Efficiency & Digital Enablement to drive productivity, streamline processes, and lead IT/AI‑driven projects across all departments of our fabric‑based manufacturing unit. The role will act as the bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify inefficiencies in production, logistics, HR, accounts, and admin functions and implement process improvements.
· Lead cross‑departmental IT projects (MIS, reporting tools, digital workflows, ERP‑like systems, and automation tools).
· Pilot and scale AI/automation solutions (AI assistants, chatbots, workflow tools) to reduce manual work and improve reporting accuracy.
· Coordinate with IT/vendors, define requirements, and ensure smooth roll‑out and training.
· Design and maintain KPI dashboards and MIS for production, inventory, sales, and HR.
Qualifications & Experience:
· MBA in Operations / Analytics / IT / Business Admin or BBA with strong operations/IT‑project experience.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹115,000.00 per month
