Freight Broker / Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Broker to join our dynamic logistics team. Our company maintains an excellent reputation in the industry with a 95 DAT Credit Score and a 15-day payment cycle, providing strong support and reliability for our brokers and clients.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker, including handling inbound and outbound calls. In this role, you will manage logistics operations for US-based clients by ensuring effective communication, load coordination, carrier management, and timely delivery of shipments. Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to logistics operations
- Coordinate with US-based clients and vendors for timely deliveries
- Update shipment status and resolve queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in freight Brokerage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain process is a plus
