Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Office & Customer Administrator to manage customer interactions, handle enquiries, and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage incoming customer calls, enquiries, and service requests.
- Respond promptly to customer messages, emails, and follow-up communications.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Maintain and update customer records, databases, and communication logs.
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support general office administration and documentation activities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through courteous and professional communication.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, and ERP software (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a related role will be an advantage.

- Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates residing in or willing to work from Coimbatore will be preferred.
