We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive interns to support rider acquisition and onboarding activities across our delivery hubs. This role offers hands-on exposure to operations, sales, and business development within the logistics and last-mile delivery ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Own assigned hubs and drive rider acquisition initiatives. Identify, engage, and onboard delivery riders onto partner platforms. Explain platform benefits, incentives, and onboarding requirements to riders. Achieve assigned rider acquisition and sales targets. Take ownership of onboarding numbers and target achievement for allocated hubs. Coordinate with hub teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding. Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records. Support operational and growth initiatives across locations. Provide regular updates on acquisition and onboarding metrics. Eligibility Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with riders. Interest in sales and business development. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn. Preferred Skills Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to engage, influence, and convince potential riders. Confident in handling objections and closing conversations. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and take ownership of results. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. What You'll Gain Practical experience in logistics and last-mile operations. Monthly stipend of up to ₹30,000 (fixed + performance-based incentives). Exposure to rider acquisition and business growth strategies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
