Jr. Production Supervisor –Urgent Hiring
Job Type: Permanent | On-Roll
Location: Baidyabati (Lalgate), Hooghly
Department: Production
Shift: 12hrs. (Rotational Shifts)
Salary: 15k - 17k NTH (Depends on experience & skill)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shop-floor production activities.
- Assist the Production Manager in achieving shift production targets.
- Monitor machine operations, manpower, and production output.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to SOPs.
- Maintain shift reports and production records.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores teams.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and discipline on the shop floor.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred. ITI with relevant supervisory experience may also apply.
- B.Tech / BE candidates may also apply.
- 1–3 years experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience in aluminium circles, sheet metal, or similar manufacturing industries is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
