Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring high satisfaction, resolving queries, and managing essential backend documentation. The ideal candidate will blend excellent communication skills with strong technical proficiency in data management, billing, and reporting tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Communication
- Manage client inquiries across phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by coordinating with internal technical or logistics teams.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and retain long-term clients.
- Provide detailed product or service information to guide customers through their purchasing journey.
Data Management & Financial Tracking
- Maintain flawless financial records and track customer accounts using Tally.
- Generate invoices, receipts, and delivery notes accurately while cross-checking payment statuses.
- Create advanced reports (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) using MS Excel to monitor sales trends and customer histories.
- Prepare business letters, presentations, and spreadsheets utilizing the full MS Office Suite.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (B.Com, BBA, or BCA is highly preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a customer service, relationship management, or front-office role.
- Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polite and confident demeanor.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure customer situations calmly and efficiently.
Preferred Attributes
- Strong numerical aptitude for cross-checking financial billing data.
- Ability to multitask between handling walk-in customers and managing backend documentation.
