Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Continental Chef to prepare high-quality continental cuisine and manage kitchen operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of continental dishes, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook continental dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Plan menus and develop new recipes.
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for kitchen inventory.
- Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training junior chefs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Manage food costs and minimize wastage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
