Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Social Media Management Intern to support our digital marketing team. The intern will assist in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, scheduling posts, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing campaign performance. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about social media, branding, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and update social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
· Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and other social media content.
· Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
· Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
· Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
· Research current social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
· Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
· Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.
· Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
· Suggest innovative ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Required Skills
· Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
· Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools.
· Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Eligibility
· Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
· Fresher’s are welcome to apply.
· Prior experience in managing personal or professional social media accounts is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
· Basic photo and video editing skills.
· Understanding of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.
· Experience with AI content tools such as ChatGPT or Canva AI is a plus.
