Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Developer – AI & Data Engineering to design, develop, and continuously improve industry-aligned learning programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Engineering, along with experience creating engaging technical learning content for professionals and enterprise learners.
This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, technical trainers, and engineering teams to build hands-on, practical, and scalable learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curricula for AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud Data Platforms.
- Create instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), self-paced e-learning modules, and blended learning programs.
- Develop learner guides, instructor guides, presentations, assessments, quizzes, assignments, case studies, and hands-on labs.
- Create practical projects and capstone assignments based on real-world business scenarios.
- Design technical learning paths for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), technical trainers, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
- Update existing learning content based on new technologies, platform updates, and industry trends.
- Create certification preparation materials and competency-based assessments.
- Ensure all learning content follows instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
- Measure learner feedback and continuously improve course quality and learning outcomes.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and content repositories for all training materials.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Education, or a related field.
- 4–8+ years of experience in AI, Data Engineering, Technical Training, Instructional Design, or Curriculum Development.
- Experience creating technical learning content for enterprise or professional learners.
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering technical training.
- Industry certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, or AI/ML.
- Experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
- Knowledge of competency-based learning frameworks and certification programs.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 per year
