We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise IT infrastructure and security deployment projects within banking and financial services environments. The role involves managing storage infrastructure implementations, disaster recovery initiatives, storage migrations, and enterprise security solution deployments while coordinating cross-functional technical teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and security deployment projects
- Lead enterprise storage migration and replication initiatives
- Coordinate DR architecture setup across multi-datacenter environments
- Work with infrastructure, network, application, security, and compliance teams
- Drive implementation of enterprise security platforms and controls
- Manage project planning, timelines, risks, governance, and reporting
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for delivery, support, and escalations
- Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance requirements
- Oversee testing, cutover, deployment, and post-implementation support
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management
- Strong experience managing enterprise storage and/or security deployment projects
- Knowledge of enterprise storage platforms such as:
- Hitachi VSP
- Dell EMC PowerMax / Unity
- HPE 3PAR / Primera
- NetApp ONTAP
- Understanding of:
- Storage migration
- Replication technologies
- Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Multi-datacenter environments
- Experience with enterprise security implementations such as:
- SIEM
- PAM
- IAM
- DLP
- Endpoint Security
- Vulnerability Management
- Experience working in Banking, BFSI, or regulated environments preferred
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, RBI guidelines, etc.
- Experience using Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
