We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining products/services, handling customer queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
- Generate leads and support sales activities.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Sales and telecalling experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
