Position Summary:

Manage multiple U.S. not-for-profit tax engagements from planning through completion.

Review and supervise the preparation of Form 990, Form 990-EZ, Form 990-PF, Form 990-T, and related schedules.

Review financial statements, trial balances, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate tax reporting.

Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and applicable tax laws governing tax-exempt organizations.

Research complex technical tax issues and provide practical recommendations.

Coordinate directly with U.S. engagement teams and clients to resolve tax and accounting matters.

Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality.

Train, mentor, and develop staff and senior associates through technical guidance and performance feedback.

Participate in workflow planning, resource allocation, and team management.

Maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely delivery during peak filing seasons.
