Skin Heal Solutions is a leading clinical and aesthetic wellness center providing specialized skin, hair, and healthcare treatments. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, customer-focused Telecallers to manage patient inquiries, schedule consultations, and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective and existing patients to introduce clinic treatments, packages, and ongoing offers.
- Handle inbound patient queries, manage appointment schedules, and send timely booking reminders.
- Coordinate with clinic doctors and front-desk staff for seamless patient management.
- Maintain complete and accurate daily calling reports in the CRM/Excel database.
- Re-engage past patients and follow up with missed appointments.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) pass; Graduates preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer service (prior experience in healthcare, dermatology, or wellness clinics is an advantage).
- Language: Good verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Future Mobility & Flexibility (Crucial): While initial joining may be at the Thane branch, as part of our future business expansion strategy, if we shift our branch operations from Thane to Dadar, candidates must be fully ready to travel daily to Dadar or willing to relocate.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, polite phone etiquette, basic computer literacy, and goal-oriented mindset.
