Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise end-to-end jewellery production (casting, setting, polishing, finishing, QC).
- Manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines and order volumes.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, craftsmanship, and design specifications.
- Lead, train, and manage production staff, artisans, and supervisors.
- Monitor raw material usage (gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones) and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with design, CAD, sourcing, and merchandising teams for smooth workflow.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and industry regulations.
- Handle vendor and outsourcing production when required.
- Prepare production reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Jewellery Design, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing, with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery production processes and techniques.
- Expertise in precious metals, gemstones, and quality control standards.
- Excellent team leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/production management systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
