A Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to communicate with customers, generate leads, provide service information, handle inquiries, follow up with prospects, and maintain positive customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and basic computer knowledge to update customer records and achieve assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain services, offers, and promotions clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads for the service team.
- Schedule appointments or showroom visits.
- Maintain accurate customer data and call records in CRM or Excel.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily call and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the service team for customer follow-up and conversions.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM).
- Good listening and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification:
- 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.)
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
