Production Planning & Execution
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Monitor production efficiency and optimize machine utilization.
Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Maintenance, and Quality departments.
Team Management
Lead and supervise production supervisors, operators, and workers.
Allocate manpower effectively across production lines.
Conduct daily production meetings and shift handovers.
Train and motivate production staff.
Quality Control
Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards.
Coordinate with the Quality Control department for inspections.
Reduce rejection and rework through continuous monitoring.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Factory Act, EHS, and company safety policies.
Promote the use of PPE and safe working practices.
Conduct safety audits and toolbox talks.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for productivity improvement.
Reduce production downtime and material wastage.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure machines are available as per production schedule.
Minimize machine downtime.
Inventory & Material Management
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packing materials.
Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
Coordinate with Stores and Purchase departments.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain production records and reports.
Prepare Daily Production Report (DPR), Monthly Production Report (MPR), and MIS reports.
Monitor production KPIs and present performance reports to management.
