Job Summary
To develop, test & deploy an application/ product and also provide maintenance support for complex systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. To design and develop robust and scalable end-to-end solutions, covering both front-end and back-end development.
2. To enhance an existing application and/or product, to incorporate a new feature or modify an existing one.
3. To tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
4. To identify and address bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems and optimize application performance / responsiveness through code improvements.
5. To communicate effectively with team members , collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Skill Requirements
Campaign Platform Development & Optimization
Design and implement solutions within marketing automation platforms (e.g., Unica) to support targeted, scalable campaign execution.
Campaign Workflow Engineering
Develop and configure workflows for campaign management, ensuring efficient execution, segmentation, and orchestration across systems.
Full-Stack Technical Contribution
Work across multiple technologies, particularly with Java-based backend systems
Data & Integration Engineering
Build and maintain robust data pipelines and integrations using:
SQL / PostgreSQL
APIs and batch processing
Other Requirements
Hands-on experience with Unica (Campaign, Interact, or similar tools)
Familiarity with marketing data models and segmentation strategies
Experience in integrating marketing platforms with enterprise systems
