You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—helping with appointments, calls, and day-to-day admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle reception and welcome clients professionally.
- Answer phone calls & WhatsApp inquiries.
- Book appointments and follow up with clients.
- Maintain daily records and coordinate with staff.
- Maintain patient records and front desk operations.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills English & Hindi.
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional personality.
- Pleasant appearance with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to handle guests politely and ensure customer satisfaction
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month (more depends on Skill & Experience)
