Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. You will bridge the gap between initial interest and a closed deal by identifying client pain points, introducing our suite of products, and qualifying leads for our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Introduction: Act as the face of the company to introduce our solutions and products to prospective clients via calls and emails.
- Problem Discovery: Listen actively to understand the specific challenges and "pain points" of a client's business to ensure our product is a right fit.
- Lead Generation & Research: Proactively hunt for potential leads using online tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Google) and offline networking methods.
- Strategic Coordination: Schedule and arrange high-level "Discovery Calls" between qualified leads and our Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule with prospects who haven't yet committed to a meeting.
- Data Management: Keep an organized record of all interactions and lead statuses within our CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online research tools and CRM software.
- Personality: You should be empathetic, persuasive, and unafraid of initiating conversations with high-level decision-makers.
- For Freshers: A strong desire to learn technical sales, a "can-do" attitude, and excellent presentation skills.
- For Experienced: A proven track record in lead generation, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles.
