Job Description:
Develop automated test equipment (ATE) for Aerospace, Defence and Industrial applications.
Responsibility:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, project management, and manufacturing—to design, develop, and deliver high-quality Automated Test Equipment (ATE) in line with stringent quality standards.
- Develop software and system solutions for ATE across the product lifecycle, including validation, verification, and manufacturing functional testing, supporting both mission-critical and emerging applications.
- Drive the development of innovative solutions for the projects.
- Actively contribute to design reviews, project planning and customer engagements.
- Own and manage the technical scope of work, ensuring alignment with requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor/Masters Engineering in Electronics & Instrumentation
- Min. 4 years of Engg. experience, including Min. 2 years of experience in developing automated test equipment Hardware & Software.
- Ability to architect, design and develop practical hardware and software solutions to meet system requirements
- Experience in translating Test procedure documents into automated test sequence software
- Ability to guide & generate Schematics, PCB designs, Test fixtures and Electrical harness drawings.
- Experience in circuit simulations using SPICE software
- Experience with serial, TCP, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, SPI, I2C and CAN communication buses
- Experience in Microcontroller, Digital & Embedded system development.
- Experience in Analog & Instrumentation sensor electronics interface circuit development.
- Exposure in application software development using Python, MATLAB, Simulink and NI LabVIEW.
- Experience in System software verification and validation.
- Strong hands-on hardware troubleshooting and software debugging skills.
- Experience in hands-on hardware testing and system integration.
- Experience with PCI, PXI, LXI and GPIB system interfaces
- Experience with electronic test instruments such as DMMs, switch matrices, power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analysers, etc.
- Ability to lead a team to develop automated test equipment.
- Rapidly responsive, interactive and open to ideas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
