Job Overview
BR TechGeeks is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable MERN Stack Instructor to train and mentor students in modern web development technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with excellent teaching and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on MERN Stack technologies.
- Teach MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Design course materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Guide students in developing real-world projects and applications.
- Assist students in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving code quality.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide technical mentorship.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
- Support students in portfolio development and interview preparation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs and API integration.
- Understanding of Git and GitHub version control.
- Knowledge of database design and management.
- Familiarity with deployment tools and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, faculty member, or technical instructor is preferred.
- Experience working on live projects using the MERN Stack.
- Portfolio, GitHub repositories, or project demonstrations will be an added advantage.
