We are looking for a warm, energetic, and responsible Preschool & Daycare Teacher to join our team. We are particularly interested in candidates with teaching experience at FirstCry Intellitots or a similar reputed preschool/daycare.
The ideal candidate should genuinely enjoy working with young children and be able to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for preschool children.
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development.
- Conduct engaging activities such as storytelling, rhymes, music, art, craft, sensory play, and indoor/outdoor games.
- Maintain a safe, clean, positive, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Supervise children during classroom, meal, nap, and daycare activities.
- Provide attentive care and support to children throughout the day.
- Observe and communicate children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's activities and progress.
- Follow preschool routines, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
- Handle children with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Preschool Teacher, Daycare Teacher, Nursery Teacher, or Early Years Educator.
- FirstCry Intellitots experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with reputed preschool brands such as EuroKids, Kidzee, Shemrock, Bachpan, or similar institutions is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Patient, caring, energetic, and responsible personality.
- Comfortable working with children aged approximately 1.5–6 years.
- Professional attitude with good classroom management skills.
