Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Executives to promote and manage our chit fund services. The role involves meeting customers directly, building strong relationships, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers for chit fund schemes
- Explain company plans, benefits, and terms clearly to clients
- Enroll new members and maintain customer records
- Collect installments and ensure timely payments
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Field sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply)
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven
