We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the offer process. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across different departments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop accurate job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, phone interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, job postings, and recruitment activities.
- Facilitate the offer process, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and negotiating terms of employment.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently recruited positions.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Generate recruitment reports and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate ROI.
