Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain efficient documentation and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations
- Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups for materials/services
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and raw materials
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Prepare reports, emails, and official correspondence
- Track shipments, deliveries, and inventory updates
- Support HR activities like interview scheduling and onboarding
- Ensure office discipline and proper facility management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle vendors and external communication professionally
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
