Job Summary
Algovex Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand its customer base, develop dealer and distributor networks, and drive sales of the company's innovative agricultural and allied products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and field visits.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, digital inquiries, and direct customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and B2B clients.
- Present company products and services to prospective customers and negotiate business deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to ensure business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, customer support, and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, dealer meetings, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business development reports.
Qualification
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Operations, or a related specialization).
Experience
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
