Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on interview performance & communication skills)
Incentives: Uncapped performance bonuses (Earn extra for every sale!)
Schedule: Fixed Night Shift (US Market focus)

Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will connect with international B2B and B2C clients to help them find high-quality, genuine OEM automotive parts.
Consultative Sales: Guide customers in purchasing critical auto parts, specializing in Engines and Transmissions.
Lead Engagement: Answer inbound inquiries, follow up on warm leads, and close sales deals over the phone.
Customer Support: Understand vehicle specifications to ensure clients get the exact match for their cars.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly sales goals to maximize your incentive payouts.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
We love freshers! You don't need years of sales experience—we will train you. We just need you to bring the following:
Excellent English Communication: Since you will be dealing with international clients, fluent spoken and written English is a must.
Night Shift Comfort: Ability to work fixed night shifts consistently.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with browsing, emails, and data entry.
The Right Attitude: A competitive spirit, high energy, and a strong desire to earn money.
Note: A basic understanding of cars or mechanical parts is a big plus, but not mandatory!
