Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain customer details and call records in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.
Requirements
- Candidates must be from Aurangabad or currently residing in Aurangabad.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; Marathi is an advantage.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience is preferred.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives
(Based on experience and performance.)
