At Rockfield Real Estate, we look for a structured and proactive Concept & Projects Coordinator to join our team. Are you strong at project management, do you have a flair for property and the living experience, and do you ensure that concepts not only look good on paper but also work in practice? Then this is your chance to play a key role in managing and further developing our living concepts, as well as bringing new projects to life.
- To manage and maintain our existing living concepts and the associated services, ensuring that the living experience is consistent across all our sites.
- To oversee social management at the sites and encourage tenant activities, so that our community thrives and tenants really feel at home.
- Monitoring the customer journey and overseeing the functional management of our tenant platform and the digital customer experience.
- Managing project schedules, preparing and following up on meetings, and closely monitoring progress.
- Carry out IT optimisation and process improvement projects and monitor the results.
- Set up and organise the project hire process, carry out the implementation and hand it over smoothly to the operational team.
- Supporting commercial lettings (gross floor area): account management, lead generation and follow-up, and the letting and administration process.
- Further refine and develop living concepts, from evaluating services to coordinating projects relating to the housing experience and branding.
- HBO level of working and thinking, preferably in the field of property, communication or business administration.
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in a coordinating or project-based role.
- Experience in marketing and communications, the customer journey, IT systems and digital processes.
- Experience with letting and commercial tenants.
- Experience in property management and customer experience.
- An independent, proactive and structured approach to work; you take charge of a project from start to finish.
- An indicative gross salary of €3,800 per month based on full-time employment, including a 13th-month bonus.
- An 8% holiday allowance and a good pension.
