Overview:
The Order Management Executive ensures seamless end-to-end order fulfilment by coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD). This role, part of the supply chain function, focuses on ensuring a positive customer delivery experience through proactive problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Process new orders as per SOPs, resolve procurement issues, and escalate as required.
- Delivery Management: Track in-transit orders, handle last-mile delivery issues, manage exceptions, and coordinate returns.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to logistics and trade regulations, manage DG and restricted items, and generate performance reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, update SOPs, and maintain strong relationships with 3PL and business partners.
Experience:
- Logistics: 1-3year (Preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
