Role: Inside Sales Intern
Experience: Freshers / Students / Recent Graduates

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Research Pune-based and Indian companies for hiring requirements.
- Connect with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to identify recruitment needs.
- Generate and qualify leads for Permanent & Contract Staffing.
- Schedule meetings and support the Business Development team.
- Maintain leads, follow-ups, and pipeline data in CRM.
- Use AI tools for prospecting, research, and personalized outreach.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, or Staffing.
- Comfortable with calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
